As you descend into Frenchman Coulee along the old Vantage Road, there is a small stream that drains from Hilton Lake and drops into the coulee along the North wall of the alcove. I've seen it called several names, including Frenchman Waterfall, Frenchman's Coulee Waterfall, and Stolp Falls.
